The lawsuit, filed in a federal court in Brazil, alleges that Judge Alexandre de Moraes is violating Bolsonaro’s right to freedom of speech by considering the arrest of the president for spreading false information about the country’s electoral system. The lawsuit also accuses de Moraes of being politically motivated in his actions against Bolsonaro.
